The “Open Forum” used to be called the “Noon Meeting.” They are held each month with senior management and employees.

Former CEO Rick Priory held Noon Meetings. New CEO Paul Anderson holds the Open Forum. The Open Forum is vastly superior to the Noon Meeting for obvious reasons.
